One who denies the divine law and is caught in the divine torment.

How careful were the Companions in the matter of inheritance?  Guess it from the following incident.

The Importance of Distribution of Inheritance Hadith No. 7: It is narrated from Hazrat Ayesha Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) that my father Hazrat Siddiq Akbar (may Allah be pleased with him) said to me before his death:

O daughter!  I like to see you (happy) and I do not like you to be poor after me so I gave you a palm grove so far you have benefited from it it was yours.

But after my death it will become obsolete, so that garden will be divided among your sisters and brothers according to the order of Quran Hakim.

I said: Baba Jan it will be like this but I have only one sister ie Asma (may Allah be pleased with her) and you have no sister but you are saying that there will be division between sisters and brothers then who is that other sister?  Is .

He said: Your stepmother Habiba bint Kharaj is pregnant with a girl in her womb and she is your second sister.  So after her death, Umm Maktoum (may Allah be pleased with her) was born.  (Tarikh-ul-Khalifa m.  This woman mentioned that I am the foster sister of your master, ie the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).

He said: O Muhammad (peace be upon him)! I am your foster sister.  The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Do you have any proof of this?

So he presented the sign and proof, so the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) accepted it and saved his shroud for him and seated him on it and tears began to flow from his eyes on his blessed face.

He said: If you wish, then stay with us with honor, and if you wish to return to your people, then return them with rewards and honors. He has adopted this second form.

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) sent her away with a slave, three slaves (Slaave) and sheep and goats.  (Madarij-ul-Mawt, vol. 2, p. 315).

He should raise the same number of sisters and teach them literature (Respect) and have mercy on them until Allah Almighty makes them selfless then Allah Almighty will make Paradise obligatory for him.  Someone said, O Messenger of Allah!

Yadu (ie the same reward will be in the upbringing of two) said two (take it will be the same reward in them also and if people had said about one, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) would have said the same to one.  16 p. 170 Mushkoot p. 423) (Tirmidhi Vol. 1 p. 900) Hadith No. 9: It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Al-Khudri (RA) that the Holy Prophet

And they will come on the Day of Resurrection like this, and then they will join their Fingers.

(Muslim Sharif Mushkoot, p. 421) Advantage Under this hadith, Hazrat Allama Mufti Ahmad Yar Khan Naeemi (may Allah have mercy on him) writes:  It is the source of closeness to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).

Hadith No. 11: It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: Whoever of my ummah raises three daughters or three sisters until their  If he gets married or dies, he will be with me in Paradise like this.

Malaya  Hadith No. 12: It is narrated from Hazrat Ayesha Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Whoever from my ummah raises three daughters or three sisters.

If he treats them well, then those daughters or sisters will be veiled from the fire of Hell for him.  (Narrated by Al-Baqi in Sha'b-ul-Iman

Moment of Thinking (Thinking Point) Islamic sisters of our society just think that even before the death of the sister of Islam, not a single shadow of regret appeared on the forehead of the brother, but the higher teachings of the religion of Islam.

(Teaching) taught the brother love and affection for the sister that the brother does not like to point a finger at his sister.

Similarly, before Islam, instead of the brother becoming the protector of his sister's honor and dignity, the situation was so bad that in some areas, having bad relations with the sisters was not considered an abomination.

Not only that, but the marriage of mother and daughter was permissible among the Magi.  But God blessed the sister with such a feeling of pride and modesty that the brother would not tolerate any one eye on his sister, provided that the religion of Islam has already shown the kindness and compassion for the sister as a woman.

In the Islamic era of ignorance, she was completely deprived of them.  He should not make any mistake in performing it properly. Unfortunately, when we look at our society today, it seems to be missing.

Go to and enforce its higher teachings on yourself.  And be steadfast in all kinds of suffering.  Therefore, in this context, it is written in the hope that someone will get advice.

Brother's passion for caring for sisters after Islam Hadith No. 13: It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: When my father died, he left seven or nine daughters.  One moment he married a woman.

The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) asked me: Jabir, may Allaah bless him and grant him peace, you got married. I said yes.

If you played with her and she played with you, you would make her happy and she would make you happy.

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: May Allaah bless you or may Allaah bless you with goodness.

(Bukhari Sharif Vol. II p. 88) Woman as a daughter before Islam In our society today, when a daughter is born in a house, there is usually a wave of happiness in the whole house.

However, it is a different matter that there is not as much happiness in the birth of a daughter as there is in the birth of a son.  But this method is only for those who are deprived of Islamic teachings, otherwise religious families and families with understanding of religion are equally happy about the birth of a daughter.

At the birth of Batna's son.  It is a fact that in almost every household the daughter enjoys the affection of the mother, the affection of the father and the sympathy of the brothers.  If the newborn baby's health deteriorates a little, then everyone in the house gets upset.  All this to the Holy Prophet

Page (6)

A daughter was born thanks to the religion full of mercy for Salat and Salam.  In pre-Islamic times, some heartless fathers consider the birth of a daughter to be a disgrace to themselves if someone becomes her son-in-law or if she is captured by the enemies in the tribal wars and becomes a source of disgrace forever.

Even before that, they would have sacrificed their lives for the cause of these fears.  This was the reason that as soon as the news of the birth of a daughter was heard, shadows of despair and hatred would spread over the whole house.  Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):  When the good news is given, his face stays black all day long and he gets angry and hides from the people.

(Kinz-ul-Iman) Hadith No. 14: A man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and said, “We were ignorant people and idolaters. We used to kill our children.

One day I called him and he followed me happily.

When I reached a well of my family nearby, I grabbed his hand and threw him into the well. He sold it, my father!

O my father!  But I (leaving him in this situation) tears dripped from the eyes of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) on hearing this.  Putting it clearly shows that before Islam

The existence of the daughter was not tolerated. Some people were so cleansed and the savagery was such that as soon as the daughter was born they would file her like a worm while some people would wait for a few years under compulsion and after that they  A few-year-old girl would be buried alive.

The father's heart would not be soft at all on the daughter's sigh and cry.  The daughters who survived the murder lived a worse life than the men even though they were alive because they did not get love and affection in their homes and neither did their son get love and affection here.

Assuming that the woman as a daughter was being trampled underfoot like dust, but after the revelation of the Prophet (sws), the religion of Islam added four moons to the greatness of the daughter.

Knowing this, every daughter of our society should consider whether she is grateful for this great blessing or not.

A woman as a daughter after Islam The teachings of the religion of mercy for the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) told the people of the universe that a daughter deserves compassion and not to be killed if a radiator does so.  Allah Almighty will catch him.

Those who deprive daughters of property and inheritance were denied and condemned and the teachings of Islam made it clear that just as there is a share of inheritance for sons, there is also a share for daughters and Allah who opposes it.  Disobeying the Almighty and breaking the limits set by Him.

Now a few hadiths are written in the virtue and emphasis of treating daughters with kindness and benevolence so that the women of our society may know well how much dignity Islam has bestowed on women as human beings.

Hadith No. 15: It is narrated on the authority of Ibn Abbas that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Whoever has a daughter and does not bury her alive,

Page (8)

If he does not prefer it, then Allah will admit him to Paradise.  Hadith No. 16: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Verily, Allaah has forbidden you to disobey your mothers and bury your daughters alive.

Has said  Hadith No. 17: It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Nabit bin Shariat (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) saying:  Then Allah sends angels to him who say: O family!  Peace be upon you.

Then they cover Wolder Key with their wings and touch his head and say that this is a weak soul which has come out of a weak soul.  Whoever takes care of this girl (ie will take care of her) will be helped till the Day of Resurrection.

(Reported by al-Tabrani fi al-Saghir Kunz Amal, vol. 16, 449) Hadith No. 18: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said,  Prefers  (Kinz-ul-Amal vol. 16 p. 445) Hadith No. 19 Bhej Bukhari and Sahih Muslim narrate from Hazrat Ayesha Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) that a woman came to me with her two daughters and she asked me for something and gave me a date.

There was nothing but.  I gave the same to the woman who distributed the dates and gave them to the girls and did not eat when she left.  The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: I have narrated this incident to you.  Will be stopped for  (Bihar Shariat vol. 16 p. 146 Mushkoot p. 421) :::
