Chapter No. 2 The legal status of the veil of a Muslim woman Dear Islamic mothers and sisters!  Islam is the blessed religion of living such a life.

By following this we can get the good of this world and the hereafter and one of the rules of this religion of Islam is the veil of woman which by adopting which a woman can become a mother, daughter, sister and a good wife.

The literal meaning of woman is the literal and literal meaning of woman is “something to hide” and the statement of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) is sublime that woman is a woman (ie something to hide).

(1 - Tirmidhi Sharif Volume ... Page ...)

(2 - Kinz Al-Amal Volume 16 Page 171) Explanation and Explanation  A woman should not step out of the house. Whenever a woman goes out of the house, the devils (devils) join her for sin.

This is what they do when they sit in the streets and squares and in tea shops. So look! How naked school girls and women are exposed and

Page(2)

They keep looking for the opportunity to see. What a shame and obscenity for women that such people take advantage of their nakedness and commit adultery with their eyes and these women become beautified and become vagabonds.  )

Provide an opportunity for adultery.  Both share in this sin.  Where men are sinners, so are women and girls.  They get the sin of inviting and attracting adultery.  For this reason, first of all, they come out naked.

Then they walk around dressed in six fancy clothes.  They do this so that people can see them.  The nature of a woman is that when she makes a good dress and a good face, she will want people to see her.

Not a man but a woman.  When she goes out, she does not adorn herself for her husband, but for other men.  When women do that, they should stop their subordinates.  So you see how women bloom when they go to weddings and other celebrations.  How the body exhibits clothing.

It is now commonplace in cities, but also in towns and villages, for women to go out for clothes, vegetables and other family necessities.

However, in Shari'a, women are carefully prevented from attending congregations and going to mosques.  Which is an important chapter of Islam, the worst places in the bazaars, yes, how can women be allowed to go out in public.

Men have given permission or stopped because of the ignorance of religion or in view of the freedom of women.  Due to which the door of all these defects was opened and he was stopped by issuing the order of hijab and veil.

Is veil still necessary today?  Yes, even today the veil is necessary.  Therefore, if a few things are in view, then insha'Allah, it will be easier to understand the problems of giving.  So

Page (3)

Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):  Hazrat Allama Maulana Syed Mohad Naeem-ud-Din Muradabadi (may Allah have mercy on him) says under this blessed verse:

And the virtues of the body (such as the bulge of the chest, etc.) showed that non-men used to wear clothes that did not cover the body parts properly. ”(Khazain-ul-Irfan, p. 673).  Of course, the veil is still the same as it was in those days.

What is Shariah veil? What is meant by Shariah veil?  The hair or the wrists or the wrists or the neck or the abdomen or the shin etc. should not be called upon  The zat shariah should not be visible, but if the garment is so thin.

The color of the body is reflected or such that the shape of an organ (ie shape or protrusion, etc.) is visible or the two strands are so thick that the hair has been inked. This is also nakedness.

Hazrat Allama Maulana Al-Hajj Al-Hafiz Al-Qari Shah Imam Ahmad Raza Khan Barelvi (PBUH) says:  Now it is customary for women to wear clothes that have a shiny body, or the hair on the head, or the throat, or the armpits, or the moss, or any part of the abdomen or shin.

Page (4)

So it is definitely haraam to be in front of a special mahram with whom marriage is always haraam.  (Fatawa Rizviyah Vol. 22 p. 217) The method of veil in simple words is the best veil.

The fabric of gloves and socks should not be so thick as to reflect the color of the skin.  Wherever there is a possibility of non-male sighting, do not remove the niqab from the face, such as the stairs of your own or someone else's house, street or neighborhood, etc.

Do not lift the burqa (veil) from the bottom in such a way that non-men on colorful body clothes.

The virtue of avoiding the nakedness of the eyes of the people who once had a severe famine did not rain despite the recorded prayers.

Hazrat Sayyid Na Baba Nizamuddin Awliyya (may Allah have mercy on him) took a thread of the cloth of his mother Jan (may Allah have mercy on him) in his hand and said:

Mir did not see Molly Azujal showering her charity rain of mercy. The prayer was not even over when the clouds of mercy went home and it started raining heavily.  Akhbar-ul-Akhyar, page 294) Consider that due to the thread of the foot of this veiled woman, Allah Almighty gave rain by means.

O Allah!  Exalt our Islamic mothers and sisters, bestow the Shariah veil on the chador of Hazrat Fatima (RA).  Amen. Whom a woman should cover? It is necessary to cover her with every man with whom she can get married, and not with those with whom marriage is haraam forever.  My lord, Hazrat Imam Ahl-e-Sunnat Maulana

Page (5)

Shah Ahmad Raza Khan (PBUH) says that the veil is only valid for those who are always haraam for the woman of the lineage and even in any case marriage with them is not possible.

Such as fathers, nieces, nephews, nephews, nieces, nephews, uncles, grandsons, grandchildren, except those with whom marriage is also valid, even though it is currently illegal, such as brother-in-law (veil is obligatory) (also)  The veil is obligatory on (all) and those with whom marriage is always haraam cannot be halal.

But the reason for prohibition (ie the reason that marriage is forbidden) is the area of lineage (not blood relationship but the area of breastfeeding (ie milk relationship))  Be like mother-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law.

(Fatawa Rizviyah vol. 22 p. 235) Whom should a woman not cover? Allah Almighty has clearly stated in the Qur'an that a woman should not cover herself.  And command the Muslim women to lower their gaze, and to protect their piety, and not to show off their make-up.

On or on their father or on the fathers of the husbands or on their sons or the sons of the husbands or their brothers or their nephews or their nieces or the women of their religion  Or children in their hands who are in their hands or servants unless they are lustful men or children who are not aware of the shameful things of women and do not keep their feet firmly on the ground so that their hidden beauty may be known.

Page (6)

And turn towards Allah Almighty. O Muslims!  All in the hope that you will prosper.  (Surat an-Noor, verse 31) This blessed verse of the Holy Qur'an shows that a woman should not cover herself with any man.  The veil of Dewar Bhabhi A woman should cover her Dewar.

But alas, nowadays I don't even think of covering them up.  Even if one tries to cover the civil veil of Madinah, the helplessness is explained in this way.

But don't give up.  In spite of these difficult circumstances, the lucky Islamic sister who succeeds in fulfilling the sharia veil and when she leaves the world, is it any wonder that the light of Hazrat Maki Madani Sarkar (peace be upon him), Princess Qunein Mad Hasnain Syeda Nisa Hazrat Fatima Al-Zahra (may Allah be pleased with her)  Give him a warm welcome. Embrace him and take him to the association of your Baba Jan Do Sultan of the world.

So read the blessed hadith about the veil from Dewar and learn a lesson.  Hadith No. 1: It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Aqaba bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade going to non-women.

O Allah!  What is the ruling on Jeth Dewar?  The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Jeth Dewar is death.  (1 - Bukhari Sharif Volume 3 Page 118 Kitab Al-Nikah) (2- Musnad Imam Ahmad Volume 4 Page 153,149) (3- Fatawa Rizviyah Volume 22 Page 217) Explanation:  Death is called.

That is death for Dewar Bhabhi.  Just as death is the cause of death.  In the same way, for Bhabhi, Dewar is the cause of death, that is, hell and hell.  This

Page (7)

Another meaning of the aforesaid hadith is that the way a person escapes from death.  In the same way, Dewar has urged his brother to avoid each other.

In fact, being a brother's wife, Satan interferes a lot here.  That is why in our environment, Dewar has an environment where he can talk to his sister-in-law with humor and sincerity and even with obscenity.

Everything is haraam and it is not permissible.  Dewar's openness and humor towards his brother is considered a right.  It is born of a non-Muslim environment.  Women should also cover themselves with men and not even talk unnecessarily.

Men should also cover their brother. Come on our sisters!  Daughter!  Today, in this real world, cover up with Dewar and stop laughing at him.

Beware of sin and live a happy life in heaven tomorrow.  How to make curtain language at home?  In order to make the mind of the curtain in the house, in my house, by teaching the teachings of Shaykh Tariqat Ameer Ahl-e-Sunnat Hazrat Allama Maulana Muhammad Ilyas Attar Qadri Damat Barkatham-ul-Alia, such as Faizan Sunnah about the curtain, etc.

Continue the effort to create a Madani atmosphere in the home by listening to the cats and magazines of the saints and by making the men of the house the passengers of the Madani caravans for the training of the Sunnah of Da'wah Islami through individual effort.  Keep praying for them with pathetic heart.

Create a chain to save yourself and your family from every sin and keep striving for it.  But make Burmese gentleness and gentleness mandatory.  Don't even think about making oriental plaques without any interest.  There is welfare and prosperity in gentleness and ease and every work is ruined in ignorance

.  Deutsch.  To the women of his house.  There is a deity who does not forbid nakedness in spite of the fact that people do not forbid their wives and mahrams from being naked in spite of their power. Hadith No. 2:  1- - A woman who makes masculine appearance.  3- Addicted to alcohol.  (Majma 'al-Zawaid, Volume 4, Page 599, Number 7722) Explanation and Explanation From this blessed hadith it is known that in spite of nature, his wife, mother, sisters and young daughters etc.  Devotees who do not forbid non-mahram employees, guards, drivers from being sincere and unveiled are deprived of heaven and deserve hell.  My lord, Hazrat Imam Ahl-e-Sunnat Maulana Shah Ahmad Raza Khan (may Allah have mercy on him) says:  It is obligatory.  According to Hijri Man, whenever between the ages of 12 and 15 (intercourse or

Page (9)

* Masturbation (Hand Practice), etc., if the woman fell asleep or fell asleep during her intercourse, then the woman became an adult and then ghusl became obligatory on her.  If this did not happen then according to Hijri Sun he became an adult at the age of 15.

(Al-Dar Al-Qar Volume 9 Safar 259) When does a girl become an adult?  According to the year of Hijri, if there is a dream or menstruation or pregnancy during the age of 9 and 15 years, then the girl has become an adult.  Otherwise, according to Hijri Sun, he is an adult at the age of 15.  (Al-Dar Al-Muqar Volume 9 Page 259) How old is the boy with the veil?

A girl under nine years of age does not need a veil, and when she is fifteen years old, it is obligatory for all non-mahrams to wear a veil.  After all, it is strongly emphasized that this is the age of near puberty and perfection of error (ie, the age of 12 years is approaching when a girl becomes an adult and reaches the perfection of lust).

(Fatawa Rizviyah Volume 23 Page 639) Is there a veil from the teacher? Yes, there is also a veil from the teacher.  For example, in her childhood she used to recite the Holy Qur'an from a non-mahram and now when she has reached adulthood, the veil has become obligatory on this teacher as well.

Hazrat Imam Ahl-e-Sunnat (may Allah be pleased with him) says that teacher and non-teacher, scholar and non-scholar are all equal.  (Fatawa Rizviyah Volume 23 Page 639) Can't Men and Women See Yes!  A woman cannot see a man.  So

Page (10)

Hadith No. 3: Hazrat Umm Salma (may Allah be pleased with her) says that both me and Hazrat Maimuna (may Allah be pleased with her) were present at the Madani Sarkar of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) that (a blind companion) Hazrat Syed Na Abdullah bin Maktoum  When I came, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: You both cover yourselves with them.

I said: O Messenger of Allah!  Aren't they blind?  They can't see us.  The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Are you both blind? Do you not see?  (Tirmidhi) Hazrat Azeem Al-Barakat (RA) was asked that it is haraam for a man to look at a non-woman.

Is it haraam for a woman to look at a non-man or is there any difference?  The In reply  he says: "In both cases there is an order and there is no difference.  (Fatawa Rizviyah Vol. 22 p. 201) Who taught the chador and the four walls?

Our Muslim mothers, sisters and daughters were taught the chador and the four walls by Allah Almighty Himself in the Holy Qur'an.  Thus Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):  He said that the rule of chador and four walls for a woman is not the rule of an ordinary person nor is it the rule of scholars, commentators and narrators, but it is the ruling of God Almighty, the Lord of us all.

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: A woman who shaves her legs to show adornment to non-men on the Day of Resurrection will lose it (covered in darkness).
