How to make the online Earnings, 4 Steps to Successfully Monetize Your Website with AdSense
Running an online business can be extremely lucrative and profitable, especially if you’re able to get people to visit your website regularly.
If you want to make money from your website, however, you’ll need some form of monetization strategy—and AdSense offers one of the best options available today.
This monetization system allows website owners to place Google ads on their sites in order to make money when users click on the ads or otherwise interact with them.
1) Choose the Right Keywords
The first step to monetizing your website with AdSense is choosing the right keywords.
The better you target your audience, the more likely they are to click on your ads.
You can use Google's Keyword Planner tool to research potential keywords.
Next, set up your site so that it has content related to those keywords.
Add at least 300 words of high-quality content per page, and make sure there are a few links back to relevant articles and resources in the body of text.
Finally, once you have done this for all of your pages, submit them for review using Google's Search Console.
If approved, your site will be eligible to earn revenue from both search and display ads.
Reviewed sites receive an Approved status in their Webmaster Tools account, while unapproved sites show as Pending.
Once you've received approval, you'll need to add code snippets to your webpages so that AdSense can work its magic.
Fortunately, if you use WordPress, we recommend installing the AdSense plugin by OptimizePress.
For other types of websites, please visit Google's help center for information about adding ad tags manually.
In either case, please keep in mind that many advertisers prefer not to run their ads on mobile devices or certain categories of websites.

And don't forget to ask yourself: Is my website engaging?
What level of content quality am I providing?
Do I give visitors what they want?
Is my site design fresh and modern?
Does my site load quickly?
Are people looking at my ads?
Are people clicking on my ads?
All these questions are important because they directly affect how successful your monetization efforts will be.
2) Create Compelling Content
The first step to monetizing your website with AdSense is creating compelling content. This means content that is interesting, informative, and useful to your target audience.
Once you have great content, you need to make sure it is well-written and free of errors. Then, promote your content through social media and other channels.
ENSURE people are able to subscribe via email or RSS feed so they can receive updates on new posts as they happen.
Next, find out what works for your blog by using Google Analytics and studying which posts receive the most traffic, shares, likes, comments, etc.
Finally, optimize the post to improve its ranking in search engines such as Google so that more people can find it.
You can do this by adding keywords to the title and meta description, making it clear that it’s about a topic related to your business, and including links to related articles.
By following these steps you will be well on your way to successfully monetizing your website with AdSense!

3) Pick an Appropriate Site Theme
The first step in monetizing your website with AdSense is picking an appropriate site theme.
You want to choose a theme that will attract the right advertiser demographics and provide enough content to show a good number of ads. A news site, for example, would be a bad choice because there are already so many other news sites out there competing for ad space.
Since there are not too many other crochet-related websites around, you'll have more advertisers bidding on your site than you might otherwise expect.
The key here is to find a topic that is not overly saturated by competitors. Another option would be to use Google's keyword tool to find what people are searching for and building your site around those terms.
Once you've chosen the topic, go ahead and install the code from Google into your website's HTML code using one of two methods: copy/paste or FTP upload. A) Copy/Paste Method
B) FTP Upload Method You will need to create a new folder inside the root directory called google_adsense.
Then click File and then Put File. Browse to where you saved the html file, select it, and click Open.
Now type in your email address (the one associated with your account), password, security token (if applicable), name of the file (ex. google_adsense.html), owner name (your site name followed by .com), group (domain - do not enter anything here if it is same as owner name), permission level as 777).
Click Submit, and then wait for confirmation message that installation was successful.
